We offer free shipping on all of our subscription box plans EXCEPT our one off trial box, build-your-box and mystery boxes for Australian residents. Shipping for New Zealand residents is not included in the subscription box .
A flat rate of $10 shipping applies to our build-your-box / mystery box range, unless $100 is spent in which free shipping is offered.
We post Australia wide via Sendle and Australia post. We currently are shipping to New Zealand but do not ship to anywhere else internationally and do not ship to all regional areas, please contact us for more information about that.
We will provide tracking on your order, but it will be your responsibility to ensure that in the case that nobody is home to accept the delivery, that the package can be left in a safe place and if not, to be delivered where it will be safe until you collect.
Blissful Boxes subscription customers may only be able to receive a refund if there is a fault with the product and/or items. Customers wishing to receive a refund based on their own inability to cancel or skip subscriptions prior to the charge date will not be refunded. You may cancel or skip your subscription at anytime through our customer portal.
In the case of any Trial, Build-your-box or Mystery box, we will only refund if products are damaged or lost. These are products that are selected randomly and realise that not everyone will like every product, but these boxes will give you the opportunity to try something new.
Our policy lasts 30 days once the items have been received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must be able to provide proof that the product/s have been lost or damaged.
In most cases your box is sent via courier or Australia Post with tracking
All boxes sent via our courier will require a signature on delivery.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to return your product, you should mail it to: PO Box 1047, Bundoora 3083.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Currently, we only accept credit/debit card payments for Subscription purchases.
Other products on the site can be purchased using credit/debit card or paypal.
