Your box will be sent to you within 7 business days. *Tracking numbers are available on request*
If you have purchased more than 1 coupon, you will need to complete the checkout process for each voucher individually

Blissful Boxes will only refund if products are damaged or lost. These are products that are selected randomly and realise that not everyone will like every product, but these boxes will give you the opportunity to try something new.
Our policy lasts 30 days once the items have been received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. We only refund on lost or damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be able to provide proof that the product/s have been lost or damaged.
In most cases your box is sent via courier or Australia Post with tracking
All boxes sent via our courier will require a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated.
