WHAT IS BLISSFUL BOXES
Blissful Boxes is an Australian hamper and subscription box company. Our subscription boxes are developed to provide the average busy woman with a number of beautiful and hand-picked products she deserves. We recognize the importance of supporting Australian small businesses so we will be ensuring that each month will contain at least one brand or product.
WHAT IS IN THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Each month you will receive 5 – 7 products. These will vary from full sized to sample size. The types of products you can receive will vary from:
Health and beauty
Luxurious bath and body
HOW CAN I PAY?
The subscription boxes are paid via stripe (debit / credit cards)
Our hampers accept paypal / credit card
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Your initial payment will be deducted immediately from your account and will cover you for the following months box. Recurring payments will then be deducted from the 1st of every month.
SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL CANCELLED
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We do not charge shipping on our subscription boxes if you are located in Australia. However, hampers and our 1 off trial box have a flat rate fee of $10 unless you spend over $100. For New Zealand residents, we do charge for shipping on all subscription boxes
WHERE AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand, using Australia Post and Sendle depending on your location. We currently do not ship anywhere else internationally. We prefer not ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel lockers only a physical address as our couriers will not deliver to them. However, if this is not possible, we will then use Australia Post to send to your P.O Box or Parcel locker but find they are not as reliable as our courier. We also do not ship to all remote areas, if unsure please contact us before purchasing.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information can be available upon request.
WHEN IS YOUR CUT-OFF DATE?
Cut off is on the 1st of every month. You will receive a payment confirmation email with a date of shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The subscription box will be shipped in the first week of the month. Please allow 5-7 business days for your box to arrive, May be a little longer for New Zealand
IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?
You might notice that we are not showing the Secure Socket Layer (SSL), however any payment made through our website does utilize a secure third party payment processor (stripe and paypal).
We will not share or use your private information for any purpose other than our own products.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Regular monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account, or you can contact us for further support. Cancellations will need to be done before the first to ensure that you do not receive the following month. Failure to cancel before the cut off is the responsibility of the subscriber and no refund can be made given this fault. Those who are subscribed to a 3 or 6 month plan cannot make a cancellation due to the discount they have received on the product. The subscriber is able to turn off resubscription before their period is over to ensure they are not recharged for the renewal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our current giveaway policy is that all giveaway winners must claim their prize within a 14-day period. Blissful Boxes takes responsibility for contacting the winner via social media or email. Failure to respond is the responsibility of the winner and the prize will become invalid exceeding this period.

No. It is illegal for individuals under the age of 18 to purchase, receive or consume alcohol. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that these laws are followed.
