Frequently asked questions

What payment methods do you accept?


Our subscription boxes can be paid using credit/debit cards via stripe. Other boxes can be paid via paypal or card.




When do I get charged for the subscription box?


Following the month you signed up, your card will be charged on the 1st of the month and then your box will be sent out within the first week. Our processor will automatically deduct the funds from your account so ensure that there are sufficient funds available. You will continue to be charged until you have cancelled or skip - please see your account information page or contact us for assistance! :)




How much is shipping?


Shipping is free with our susbcription box (excluding New Zealand subscriptions) - however if you are purchasing another box from our site we have a flat fee of $10 for orders unless you spend over $100.




Where and how do you ship?


We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand, using Australia Post and Sendle depending on your location. We currently do not ship anywhere else internationally. We prefer not ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel lockers only a physical address as our couriers will not deliver to them. However, if this is not possible, we will then use Australia Post to send to your P.O Box or Parcel locker but find they are not as reliable as our courier. We also do not ship to all remote areas, if unsure please contact us before purchasing.




When will my order get to me?


Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to get to you (slightly longer for New Zealand customers). If you require tracking, please feel free to contact us directly and we will arrange that for you.




What is your cancellation policy?


Regular monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account, or you can contact us for further support. Cancellations will need to be done before the first to ensure that you do not receive the following month. Failure to cancel before the cut off is the responsibility of the subscriber and no refund can be made given this fault. Those who are subscribed to a 3 or 6 month plan cannot make a cancellation/request a refund on the remaining months due to the discount they have received on the product. The subscriber is able to turn off resubscription before their period is over to ensure they are not recharged for the renewal.
